takes pride in delivering flawless events from concept through to completion.As Event Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our events run seamlessly, acting as the main point of contact for clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders. From board meetings and hospitality experiences to large-scale internal events, you'll be at the heart of creating memorable experiences for our clients and guests.We're seeking a highly organised and proactive individual who can confidently manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. Most importantly, you'll be someone who enjoys rolling up your sleeves, taking ownership and making things happen.If you're an ambitious Event Coordinator who loves bringing people together, delivering exceptional service and being part of a passionate team, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll Do:Planning, coordinating and delivering internal events across the Royal Academy of ArtsBuilding strong relationships with clients,
Academy teams, suppliers and operational colleaguesManaging event logistics, catering requirements and venue preparationsCoordinating staffing, equipment, deliveries and operational resourcesSupporting internal meetings with catering setup, drop-off services and post-event clearancesMonitoring event budgets and supporting financial reconciliation processesMaintaining accurate event schedules and communicating updates across teamsEnsuring all events are delivered safely and in line with health and safety standardsProducing post-event reports and identifying opportunities for service improvementMaintaining accurate event records and operational documentationFor a full list of responsibilities please view the attached job descriptionWhat You Bring:Previous experience in event coordination, hospitality or catering operationsStrong food and beverage knowledge and operational understandingExcellent organisational and multitasking skillsOutstanding communication and stakeholder management
