Events Coordinator (Administrator)London / HybridContract until the end of 2025Competitive rate of pay
HSBC Innovation Bank are looking for an Events Coordinator (Administrator) to join their team in London. The Events Coordinator (Administrator) will provide critical and wide-ranging support to the events function without HSBC Innovation Banking.
Principal Responsibilities:Event Coordinators have a wide range of duties to complete, and they may be required to take on extra administrative tasks as and when required. Primary duties and responsibilities include:Contract management with key suppliersInvoice management - uploading invoices to our in-house portal, raising the necessary accompanying PO's, tracking the status of invoices, working with internal procurement teams where necessaryVenue sourcing alongside our third-party agencyVenue booking confirmations both internally and externallySpeaker and attendee changesName badge creation and distributionManagement of in-house events cupboardCoordination of Monday.com events board
Requirements:An ability to work independently in completing assigned dutiesExcellent verbal, written and interpersonal skillsStrong organization and time management skillsAn ability to quickly gain a thorough knowledge of HINV bank operations and productsProficient in MS Office, Excel and Powerpoint
