Duties may include:
• Food prep and service
• Running sections confidently
• Assisting with event setup and breakdown
• Maintaining high hygiene standards
• Supporting Head Chefs during busy service
• Delivering consistent quality under pressure

• Previous professional kitchen experience
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Excellent timekeeping
• Team player mentality
• Food hygiene knowledge
Ideal:
• Events or banqueting experience
• Driving licence and own transport
