Full Job Description
We are currently seeking a Evening Room Attendant to join the Housekeeping team in our Pall Mall clubhouse, responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of member and guest rooms.,
- Prepare the room as per standard for the night, ensuring it is welcoming and comfortable for members and guests.
- Ensure trollies are fully stocked daily with cleaning supplies, amenities and linens, transporting efficiently to assigned room and position securely
- Passionate about delivering first-class customer service
- Team Player
Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or a similar role - Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Be able to work in a fast-past environment whilst delivering a high standard
- Organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Proven and demonstrable excellent customer service experience
