Join Our Team as an EU Major Incident Manager (Swedish Speaking)
Are you an experienced EU Major Incident Manager who thrives under pressure? Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced international environment? If so, we want you to be part of our dynamic team! We are seeking a Swedish-speaking IT professional to play a critical role in safeguarding business services across multiple European markets.
Your Role
As our EU Major Incident Manager, you will:
- Take ownership of high-priority incidents from identification through to resolution.
- Bring together technical teams, service providers, and business stakeholders to restore services quickly and minimize disruption.
- Be at the center of critical decision-making, ensuring clear communication, strong coordination, and effective leadership throughout the incident lifecycle.
- Lead post-incident reviews to identify root causes and implement improvements that enhance service resilience.
What We're Looking For
We need someone with:
- Proven experience in Major Incident Management.
- A strong understanding of ITIL best practices.
- The confidence to lead complex incidents involving multiple stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication skills to provide clear updates to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Fluency in Swedish is highly desirable, and experience in complex, highly available IT environments is essential.
- You should be comfortable building relationships, influencing without direct authority, and collaborating with teams across different countries, cultures, and time zones.
