Role Responsibilities

• Providing an estimating support function for the sales team and customers.


• Presenting the quotation to the customer in a professional and time-efficient manner.


• Working with the sales team to provide excellent customer service through estimating and quotations.


• Contributing to the growth of sales value and margins of our key customers by effective quotation and contract support management.

Working Details

This is a full-time permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 08:00AM - 17:00PM. We offer hybrid working: 3 days in the office and a maximum of 2 days from home.

Candidate Requirements

• Confident user of Microsoft Excel, including ability to use V-lookups.


• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.


• Plumbing and heating knowledge would be desirable but not essential.


• Ability to build excellent rapport with customers and maintain consistent customer service.
