Full Job Description
The Estates Technician plays a key role in supporting the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of the school estate across both sites. The role ensures the premises are well maintained, operationally effective, and meet all statutory and health and safety requirements while providing flexible support across Estates and Operations as needed.
The role is responsible for carrying out routine compliance checks, supporting statutory requirements, and undertaking planned and reactive maintenance tasks across the school estate.
You will provide a flexible support function across Estates and Operations, assisting with maintenance, site management, and operational duties as required.

Contract: Permanent, 40 hours per week, 5-in-7 working.
