Estates Team Member

We are seeking to appoint a reliable and proactive Estates Team Member to join our Estates Team. This varied role is essential to maintaining a safe, secure, clean and welcoming environment for students, staff and visitors.

The successful candidate will support the day-to-day operation of the school site, undertaking security checks, maintenance tasks, cleaning duties, porterage and general site upkeep. We are looking for someone who is practical, organised, able to work independently and committed to high standards.

Previous experience in a caretaking, maintenance or facilities role is desirable, although not essential. The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, a flexible approach to work and a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people., Applicants will be required to undergo child protection screening appropriate to the post, including checks with past employers. As this post is considered a 'regulated activity', a check through the Disclosure and Barring Service, including the children's barred list will be made.
