An Opportunity has arisen for an Estates Team Leader to manage the multiskilled Trade staff team Based at Combe Valley Hospital in Bexhill covering the Estates South East region properties., Main duties include day to day management of the Maintenance team in the West region. Liaising with and managing Contractors . Providing support to the compliance team and assisting Fire and security teams with matters arising
As part of the Estates team you will also be required (following a period of induction) to participate in an on-call rota outside normal working hours, additional payments will be made for this.
