Estates Supervisor - Estates & Facilities

Working within the St Bartholomew's Estate, you will oversee daily estate operations, ensuring that the hospital's infrastructure supports the world-class care provided throughout the site.,

• Leading and supervising a multidisciplinary estates team to ensure high standards of maintenance and repair.
• Supervising the compliance with Health and Safety regulations, including Fire Safety and Water Hygiene.
Ensure all work is delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with relevant regulations and Health & Safety guidance.
• Fostering a culture of excellence, providing the training and support your team needs to succeed.
Support minor installation works across the retained estate. Supervision of testing, inspection and statutory compliance activities (e.g., pressure systems, water hygiene tasks). Work as part of a highly skilled multi-disciplinary engineering team who value collaboration and professional growth
