During this apprenticeship, you will gain the qualifications required, alongside your formal studies, you will develop specialised, hands-on skills essential for maintaining complex hospital systems within a dynamic healthcare environment.

What You'll Do

• Planned Maintenance: Undertaking a comprehensive range of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks across Trust properties.
• Reactive Repairs: Responding promptly to building, engineering, and fabric maintenance faults to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
• Fault Finding: Learning to diagnose technical issues, troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, and implement effective repair solutions.
• Minor Installations: Assisting with small-scale installation projects across building structures, engineering infrastructure, and associated equipment.

Training Outcome

Upon completion of the apprenticeship progression in the company to a full-time role.
