- Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the school site What you will bring
- Practical DIY or handyperson skills, with experience of general repairs such as painting, carpentry or basic plumbing

- The physical ability to lift and carry furniture, equipment and deliveries
- Good organisation and the ability to manage your time effectively
- Confidence using your own initiative and knowing when to escalate an issue
- Good communication skills
- A helpful, flexible and team-focused approach
- A willingness to undertake training and occasionally support events outside normal working hours You may already have experience in caretaking, facilities, premises or general maintenance, or you may be a skilled handyperson looking for a stable role where your work has a clear and worthwhile purpose.
