About the Role
As Estates Manager, you will be a key member of the College Estates Team, overseeing the day-to-day management of estates services and ensuring high-quality service delivery across a complex operational environment. You'll work closely with college leaders, external contractors and IFM providers to drive performance, compliance and continuous improvement.

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Estates Manager to join our Estates team and play a key role in delivering outstanding facilities and estate services across our college. This is an exciting opportunity for an accomplished estates or facilities management professional with a passion for operational excellence, contract management and service improvement. You'll be responsible for ensuring a safe, secure and well-maintained environment for students, staff and visitors while supporting the successful delivery of our Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) contract.
