Estates Maintenance Operations Manager (Hillingdon Hospital)

Manage Estates budgets, resources, contractors and service contracts to ensure value for money and effective service delivery. Act as the principal operational Estates contact for Hillingdon Hospital and maintain effective working relationships with clinical, operational and corporate stakeholders. Provide senior leadership during major incidents, infrastructure failures and business continuity events, ensuring continuity of critical services. Support delivery of the Trust's New Hospital Redevelopment Programme through operational integration, commissioning readiness and service continuity planning. Ensure effective utilisation of CAFM and digital systems to support performance monitoring, asset management, compliance reporting and service improvement. Support the Head of Estates Maintenance by providing delegated operational leadership and maintaining service continuity during periods of absence, operational pressure or emergency situations. Participate in and provide cover for the Estates
Maintenance On-Call Duty Manager arrangements as required. Drive a culture of safety, compliance, accountability, innovation and continuous improvement across the Estates Maintenance service.
