Estates & Facilities Team Member

New Milton Town Council works to provide a high-quality environment to meet the needs of residents and visitors and defend the best interests of the Town. The Estates and Facilities Team play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing our parks, sports pitches, play areas and public spaces - ensuring they are safe, welcoming and maintained to the highest standard.Duties will include:

• Maintain and improve outdoor spaces
• Keep facilities safe and operational
• Operate and maintain equipment
• Support clean and tidy environments
• Work across a range of sites with the Town Council's portfolio
• Work as a team and support colleagues
• Adhere to Health & Safety requirements
  
  Enthusiasm and a positive attitude are key attributes as well as the desire to maintain high standards, having a keen eye for detail. Ability to work cooperatively within a hard-working team and having a flexible approach to the varied workload.
