Estates Contract Officer

Role Summary We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Estate Services Officer to help us maintain safe, clean, and well-managed neighbourhoods for our residents. In this varied and hands-on role, you will be responsible for inspecting communal areas, identifying maintenance and health and safety issues, and ensuring that any required actions are carried out effectively. Working closely with residents, colleagues, contractors, and community representatives, you will play an important role in delivering high-quality estate services that support our commitment to creating thriving communities and providing an excellent resident experience. Salary: £31,130 Hours of work: 35 Contract: Fixed Term (March 2027) Probation Period: 6 Months Notice Period: 1 Month
