o Carry out planned and reactive carpentry and building maintenance across Trust sites.
o Undertake repairs to doors, frames, linings, furniture, fixtures and fittings.
o Respond promptly to urgent maintenance issues affecting patient and clinical areas.

o Plan maintenance work and liaise with colleagues, building users and contractors.
o Follow Estates safe systems of work, including Permit to Work and isolation procedures.
o Supervise Maintenance Assistants and contractors when required, ensuring work is completed safely and to the required standard.
o Liaise with the Estates Helpdesk regarding emergency work and service issues.
o Use your initiative to resolve technical problems and escalate significant issues appropriately.
