We're looking for a motivated and experienced Estate Supervisor to oversee the delivery of all maintenance services across our site. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape service excellence, drive operational performance, and make a real difference every day. What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and inspire a team of engineers and subcontractors to deliver efficient, high-quality services.
- Ensure all work meets contractual KPIs and financial targets.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver services professionally and cost-effectively.
- Provide accurate reporting and play a key role in supporting audits across quality, health & safety, environment, and finance. What We're Looking For We're seeking a technically strong leader with:
- Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and overseeing operational spend.
- Solid knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Confidence in handling escalations, driving continuous improvement, and promoting QHSE best practices. Key Skills & Behaviours
- Customer-focused with a "can-do" attitude and eye for detail.
- Able to prioritise under pressure and solve problems pragmatically.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to encourage and embed the right behaviours across the team. Essential Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in a technical estates or facilities management environment
- Previous supervisory or team leader experience
