We're looking for a motivated and experienced Estate Supervisor to oversee the delivery of all maintenance services across our site. • Lead and inspire a team of engineers and subcontractors to deliver efficient, high-quality services.
• Ensure all work meets contractual KPIs and financial targets.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver services professionally and cost-effectively.
• Provide accurate reporting and play a key role in supporting audits across quality, health & safety, environment, and finance.
What We're Looking For We're seeking a technically strong leader with:
• Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and overseeing operational spend.
• Solid knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Confidence in handling escalations, driving continuous improvement, and promoting QHSE best practices.

Essential Qualifications & Experience
• Experience in a technical estates or facilities management environment
