Full Job Description

The primary function of this role is to provide administrative support to management, employees and in some cases, clients and visitors. Handling office ad-hoc duties such as dealing with calls, externally and internally, organising files, drafting letters, assisting with complaints. Financial support with trade accounts, job completion and invoice accountability. Assist Estate teams across all 4 localities where required, providing a thorough service to all GreenSquareAccord owned communal areas across the group. The role is hybrid working but you would be expected to attend offices or site meeting as and when required. Please note that if you are successful in this role, we will require a DBS check to be completed. Further details will be sent following offer.

We`re looking for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and customer-focused, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Essential:

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Experience raising purchase orders and processing invoices
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with a range of stakeholders
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Desirable:
  • Experience working in housing or estates services
  • Knowledge of housing management systems (ideally MRI)
  • Experience using tools such as Excel or Power BI for reporting
