Day-to-day duties will include caretaking and cleaning tasks such as maintaining communal areas, managing waste and refuse facilities, removing graffiti, and carrying out minor repairs. You will also play a key role in identifying and reporting hazards, repairs, and anti-social behaviour, helping to maintain a safe and pleasant environment for all., You'll be part of a dedicated estate-based caretaking and cleaning team, working under the guidance of an Estate Services Team Leader. The team works collaboratively to deliver high standards across multiple estates, supporting each other while also taking individual responsibility for allocated areas. We are a community-focused service that values teamwork, accountability, and strong communication, with a shared commitment to delivering excellent services to residents and promoting wellbeing across our neighbourhoods.
