Estate Services Cleaner

We are working closely with Southern Housing to assist with the appointment of an Estate Services Cleaner, on a 3-month contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration., The Estate Services Cleaner will join a supportive and hardworking cleaning team, carrying out general cleaning duties across various locations on the Isle of Wight. This is a mobile role based from Merstone, working both independently and as part of a team to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Responsibilities:

Carry out general cleaning duties to a high standard across various sites.

Clean communal areas, kitchens, toilets, bathrooms, showers, and other facilities.

Maintain consistently high standards of cleanliness across multiple locations.

Work effectively as part of a team and independently when required.

Use cleaning equipment and products safely and effectively.

Follow all relevant health and safety procedures and guidance.

Basic knowledge and understanding of health and safety procedures.

Ability to use cleaning equipment and products safely.

Reliable, flexible, and positive approach to work.

Ability to undertake a physically demanding role.

Willingness to work across multiple locations.
