Salary: £27,706 - £29,858 per annum

Hours: 36 hours per week - flexible options considered

About the Role

This is a great opportunity to join our team, Employer of the Year Housing Heroes Awards 2025. We're seeking a Cleaner to provide a high quality cleaning service to our estates in Eastfields, Mitcham. In a nutshell, you'll ensure that the estates are clean, tidy and safe for our residents.

Key Duties

• Inspecting and cleaning all communal areas including sweeping and mopping


• External litter packing


• Leaf clearance and cleaning bin areas


• Rotating bins


• Responsible for emptying dog waste bins located on the estates


• Carrying out health and safety checks of communal areas as required


• Dealing with residents courteously and respectfully

Candidate Requirements

• Previous caretaking / cleaning experience


• Customer service focused


• Good communication skills
