The successful candidate must have a passion for the property industry, with ideally a background in sales (preferred).

Excellent team player
Motivated and driven to hit targets and deliver results
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
You must hold a full UK driving licence with the use of your own car

They have a sole focus of ensuring they create a service that is purely for the benefit of the customer experience to make sure all customers feel valued, and have their best interests at heart.

Basic £25,000 (including car allowance and mileage)
OTE £55,000 - £60,000
Excellent opportunity to fast track your career in Estate Agency!
Monday to Friday 8.30am - 6pm, ideally every Saturday 8.30am - 6pm (with a day back in lieu)
10% on all listings that exchange
Increased commission to 12.5%, and then 15% once certain banking targets are met
