- Registering and qualifying potential buyers
- Generating and conducting viewings
- Canvassing to bring on new properties
- Negotiating the sale of properties between vendors and buyers
- Preparing sales brochures
- Developing relationships and giving advice to buyers and vendors on a continual basis
- Always delivering exceptional customer service, Our client is an award winning, well known and respected Estate Agent with offices across Middlesex, Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire are looking for a dynamic Senior Sales Negotiator for their busy branch in Pinner. The company pride themselves on offering excellent customer service to their clients, specialising in high end properties, dealing with Sales, Lettings, Property Management and New Homes.
Please note that if you do not have the relevant experience required for the role, your application will not be considered. We are currently recruiting for a Senior Sales Negotiator for our Estate Agency client based in Pinner. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 2 years experience as a Senior Sales Negotiator. Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area. You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car., - A minimum of 2 years experience as a Senior Sales Negotiator

- Must hold a full UK driving licence and own your own car
Basic £22,000 - £25,000 - OTE £40,000 - £50,000
