Thanks to continued growth, we're looking for an ambitious and driven Property Sales Consultant to join our successful Southampton team. This is more than a typical estate agency role. It's an opportunity to become a specialist in one of the most exciting and fast-moving sectors of the property market, working with motivated sellers, serious buyers and unique properties. What You'll Be Doing

• Identifying and winning new auction opportunities
• Building relationships with vendors, investors, developers and property professionals
• Working closely with our branch network to generate auction instructions
• Advising clients on the benefits of selling via auction
• Managing the sales journey from instruction through to completion
• Growing your reputation as an auction property specialist
  
  You'll be someone who:
• Loves building relationships and winning business
• Has experience within Estate Agency, Lettings, Property Sales or a customer-focused sales role
• Is commercially minded and target driven
• Has excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to a vehicle
