Introduction

Flexi Agent, Southport, are a professionally accredited & fully regulated, independent estate agency. Dealing with sales, lettings & property management. They are looking for an apprentice to provide support to the lettings department and managing the rental properties.

What You'll Do

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a hunger to learn and have a career in the property industry. 

Responsibilities are to include but not limited to:

• Build relationships with applicants through daily communication
• Schedule viewings for suitable properties
• Maintain and run your own calendar
• Process referencing checks & liaise with solicitors, vendors & buyers
• Canvass for new properties
• Answer telephone enquiries
• Respond to email enquiries
• Negotiate deals
• Work towards targets
• Maintain a high level of customer service
• Maximise revenue for the business
• Encourage repeat business and recommendations
• Work well within a small team
• Work to meet customer demand

Training Outcome

Your earnings can increase over time with an apprenticeship.

Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, a full-time position may be offered.

Working Arrangements

Working Week: Monday - Friday 08.30am - 5.30pm, Saturday 10am - 4pm (Every other Saturday to be worked). 30-minutes unpaid lunch break.

Expected Duration: 1 Year 1 Month
