As ERP Delivery Manager, you'll lead the successful delivery of ERP projects and enhancements, working closely with key business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment with strategic objectives. You'll bring a strong track record of ERP management, vendor coordination, and stakeholder engagement in complex environments., Responsible for leading the strategic planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications.. This role oversees the full lifecycle of ERP initiatives at Inspired Pet Nutrition, from requirements gathering and solution design to deployment and ongoing support and optimisation. Accountable for delivering tailored ERP solutions that align with business objectives, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure and critical systems, and providing strategic guidance to ensure the successful delivery of ERP projects.,
- Lead and manage ERP projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, alignment with business goals, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Oversee the implementation, configuration, and customisation of IFS ERP systems to meet evolving business requirements and drive operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse business needs, translating them into effective ERP solutions and workflows.
- Provide expert advice on IFS ERP capabilities, enhancements, and industry best practices to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular system audits and assessments to ensure data integrity, identify optimisation opportunities, and maintain system reliability.
- Develop and deliver training programmes to end-users and stakeholders to maximise ERP system adoption and effective usage
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and outcomes
- Stay informed on ERP trends and emerging technologies, recommending and implementing innovative solutions to enhance business processes
- Provide ongoing support for IFS ERP systems, resolving issues efficiently and ensuring a high level of user satisfaction and system stability.
Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field or 5+ years practical experience - Proven experience as an ERP Applications Analyst, Project Manager, or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of ERP modules, functionalities, and integration capabilities
- Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering ERP projects on time and within budget
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to understand complex business processes and propose effective solutions
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus
- Strong understanding of ERP software, preferably with certification in specific ERP platforms
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to train non-technical users on ERP systems
- Experience with database management and reporting tools
- Knowledge of business process improvement techniques.

Salary: Competitive - 15% annual company bonus scheme
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday
