ER Investigator

If you are someone who takes fairness seriously, you could play a vital part in upholding Kemnal values and growing our culture. As our ER Investigator, you will lead disciplinary, grievance and whistleblowing investigations across the Trust - working with rigour, empathy and absolute impartiality. You'll manage your own portfolio of cases, produce evidence-based reports that decision-makers can rely on, and ensure that every colleague - wherever they work in the Trust - is treated consistently and fairly. You'll bring CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent), or comparable investigation experience from HR, policing or a regulatory setting, alongside a solid grasp of employment law and the ACAS Code of Practice. Excellent written skills and the ability to juggle a caseload under pressure are essential. This is a hybrid role: two days per week in our Sidcup office, with in-person meetings as required.
