Equine emergency vet

This special role allows you to have great work-life balance. The working pattern is 1 week on, 3 weeks off. The role involves covering the out of hours service from 4.30pm Friday to 8.30am the following Friday. You will be supported by an experienced team, ensuring all-encompassing care and exceptional customer service. Our day team still enjoy emergency work but having 2-3 dedicated emergency vets ensures everyone gets a great working pattern and great time off. Teamwork and great communication are essential to ensure good case handover. You will also be provided with a full range of portable diagnostics including wireless DR system, ultrasound and endoscopy suites, in-house lab and clinic with full hospital and surgical facilities. You will have the opportunity to use your downtime to locum, undertake further supported certificate study or pursue your own business or hobbies, as well as supplement this role with additional daytime hours. • Salary £30,000-32,500 DOE
