EPS Technical Operations Planner

Are you organised, tech-savvy and driven to support work that protects the environment? Adler and Allan's Environmental Protection Solutions (EPS) team is looking for a Technical Operations Planner to join us in a permanent, fully remote role. EPS helps clients identify and manage environmental risks linked to containment infrastructure. You'll play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly, supporting technical delivery and ensuring high quality reporting across the UK. More about the role:

• Manage and update CRM data, including opportunities, quotes and business information Ensure job and inspection sheets are completed accurately and logged correctly Support multi service line project collation and reporting Prepare, process and issue client invoices Provide operational and administrative support across the EPS division Assist with IFS system development, asset reporting and job pack creation
  
  Experience in IT systems, administration or technical support Strong Windows OS knowledge and user account management skills Proficiency with asset management systems and troubleshooting Excellent organisation, communication and documentation skills Ability to deliver operational support and manage multi-faceted projects Background in project coordination or support preferred but not essential
