Full Job Description

We are seeking motivated clinicians to become Digital Information Officers to support the deployment of the new Electronic Patient Record (EPR). These roles will be essential in ensuring that clinical voices are represented throughout design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live activities.

The Digital Information Officers will champion safe, effective, and user-centred clinical digital practice and will act as trusted points of contact within their clinical areas. They will support staff engagement, promote digital readiness, and help ensure the EPR is designed and implemented in a way that supports high-quality patient care., Responsible for developing IT & patient systems training programme and identifying needs for the Trust to meet the regional and national training requirements. To lead the training team in meeting changing organizational demands on training requirements. To work in collaboration with project managers on large scale projects (example: EPR) ensuring most efficient training plans are designed and put in place and to assist in the transition. To develop and progress use of e-learning for IT and patient systems.
