Drive engagement and readiness activities across clinical services

Work in partnership with the Clinical Change Team to embed new ways of working

Build strong relationships with senior leaders, managers and frontline teams

Identify and address areas of resistance, risk and readiness gaps

Champion effective communication and stakeholder engagement

Support operational teams through the transition to the new EPR

Contribute to organisational readiness, training adoption and go-live preparation

Help ensure a safe, confident and successful deployment

Is a strong clinical advocate with experience of leading organisational change

Has excellent engagement, communication and influencing skills

Can inspire others and create enthusiasm around complex transformation programmes

Is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with demanding timelines

Understands healthcare operations and the challenges faced by frontline teams

Can work collaboratively across organisational boundaries and professional groups

In just 10 months, James Paget University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (JPUH) will go live with a new Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system as part of the Norfolk and Waveney University Hospitals Group (NWUHG) programme. This is a once-in-a-generation transformation that will fundamentally change how we deliver care, support our staff, and improve outcomes for our patients.

We're looking for an energetic, influential and experienced NMAHP (Nursing, Midwifery and Allied Health Professional) who can inspire people, build momentum and drive clinical engagement across the organisation during this critical phase of the programme.

Ideally, you'll already know JPUH AND our people, services and culture. You'll understand how change is experienced on the frontline and have the credibility and leadership skills to help our teams embrace one of the most significant digital transformations the Trust has ever undertaken.

This an exciting secondment or fixed term opportunity which will expose you to a huge transformation programme. As the EPR NMAHP for JPUH, you will collaborate with the other NMAHPs on the programme, playing a pivotal leadership role in ensuring our organisation is ready for go-live.
