EPR Cutover Project Manager

We are looking for an EPR Cut-over Project Manager to take on a senior leadership role within the EPR Programme team. You'll be responsible for designing, developing, and executing the Cutover Plan that transitions the organisation from legacy systems and processes to the new Oracle Health Millenium platform. You'll also lead the early live support strategy to ensure a smooth go-live across all sites., The EPR Cutover Project Manager will lead the strategic planning and execution of the transition from existing legacy systems and workflows to the new Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system. This role is critical to delivering a seamless and disruption-free go-live across both clinical and operational services, ensuring readiness, stability, and continuity throughout the changeover process. This role involves detailed cut-over planning, stakeholder alignment, risk mitigation, and execution of go-live activities to ensure minimal disruption across clinical and operational domains. The postholder will work closely with technical teams, integration partners, and service leads to deliver a controlled and auditable transition.
