We have an opportunity for an enthusiastic EPOS & System Administrator to join us in providing essential support, contributing to the smooth-running of our commercial operation provision at Essex Wildlife Trust.
We have an opportunity for an enthusiastic EPOS & System Administrator to join us in providing essential support, contributing to the smooth-running of our commercial operation provision at Essex Wildlife Trust.
As the Epos & System Administrator, you will be providing central support by undertaking a range of key administrative tasks, essential to the smooth-running of our commercial operation provision. This includes managing and maintaining our Epos system, as well as managing our Venue hire inbox, replying to enquiries in a timely manner and supporting the commercial teams with website queries.
You will work with internal and external stakeholders providing a professional can-do approach to customer service. You will have excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills, plus sharing our passion for Essex Wildlife Trust's work.

This role is well suited to applicants with prior experience of managing an EPOS system and till functionality as well as developing and delivering training sessions on the subject. We would also like to hear from you if you have strong skills using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and have experience of providing excellent customer care.

The position is a permanent role, working 37.5 hours per week (over five days) based at Abbotts Hall Farm and will include working regularly from our Nature Discovery Centres. The salary is £26,118.
