The job description and personal specification may be reviewed on an ongoing basis in accordance with the changing needs of Huawei Research and Development UK Limited.Person Specification:Required:MS/PhD degree in physics, chemistry, materials science or a comparable degree.10+ years of InP MOCVD/MOVPE experience in a fab or R&D environment.Expert-level knowledge of MOCVD growth mechanisms, reactor operation, and III-V material
