ePCR Senior Business Intelligence Developer

We are seeking an experienced ePCR Senior Business Intelligence Developer to support the maintenance and development of the electronic Patient Clinical Records systems (ePCR) Reporting, including: The ePCR databasesThe data flow into the databasesWebsites using the databasesSQL Server Reporting Services reportsPowerBI reportsAd hoc reports using various toolsConfiguration & system access and permissions using the Supplier Admin Tool This post requires specialist technical knowledge and experience to support and maintain the development of the ePCR system that meet the requirements of the organisation., To collaborate closely with the Clinical Information & Records teams, as well as the Research and Audit teams, to ensure the effective flow of clinical data from the patient to the end user, while supporting both local and national reporting requirements of the Trust. Responsibilities include: Leading on the technical aspect of the electronic Patient Record systems, including writing changes to its configuration, in liaison with clinical users, the system developers and other stakeholders Creating and running appropriate tests for software and configuration releases, and feeding back issues found to the system suppliers Configuring the care record system to ensure correct access control, and maintaining effective system functionality. Writing and maintaining the SQL Server, ETL Scripts (PowerShell) that imports data from the clinical system to the Trust's data warehouse Administering the Clinical Reporting databases Support the Trust's information needs through the development of web based reporting tool
