EPAC / GAU Receptionist

We are looking to recruit a dedicated and organised Ward Clerk to provide high-quality administrative and receptionist support to the Gynaecology Assessment Unit (GAU), Early Pregnancy Assessment Clinic (EPAC) and Day Theatre services based on Jasmine Ward. You will play a key role in supporting patients, clinicians and the wider multidisciplinary team at outpatient level, ensuring the smooth running of clinics and maintaining an efficient, welcoming administrative service within the Women's Hospital.,

• Provide a comprehensive clerical and reception service for GAU, EPAC and Day Theatre clinics on Jasmine Ward.
• Act as a first point of contact for patients, visitors and staff, responding to queries in person and by telephone in a professional and compassionate manner.
• Support clinical teams by coordinating patient attendances, appointments and clinic activity.
• Maintain accurate patient records using Trust patient administration systems.
• Promote a positive patient experience and support effective communication within the multidisciplinary team.
