Full Job Description
We are looking for motivated, confident and outgoing individuals to join our team in an Entry Level role. You will be working on behalf of a leading brands & UK charities, representing their campaign through face-to-face engagement. What you'll be doing
- Representing a charity professionally and positively
- Engaging with members of the public face-to-face
- Explaining the charity's work and fundraising campaign
- Answering questions accurately and professionally
- Encouraging eligible members of the public to become regular supporters
- Completing sign-ups accurately
- Working towards individual performance targets
Confident and approachable - Comfortable speaking to new people
- Motivated by performance-based earnings
- Self-motivated and reliable
- Professional and positive attitude
- Previous customer service, hospitality or customer-facing experience is beneficial but not essential
Performance based earnings - Earning around £500 - £1000 with opportunities to increase your earnings as you develop - Social Nights - having a fun and building relationships with others workers
