HBZ is recruiting Entry Level Sales Advisors for a growing client working across campaigns. This is a strong entry point for anyone looking to build a long-term career in sales, customer service, or marketing. No experience is required as full HBZ training and ongoing coaching is provided from day one.
- What You'll Be Doing
- Conducting outbound telesales phone-based sales calls
- Engaging with customers over the telephone in a professional manner
- Promoting products and services clearly and confidently
- Handling objections and converting leads into sales
- Working towards individual and team performance targets
- Earning uncapped commission and incentives
Strong communication and listening skills - Motivated, confident, and ambitious mindset
- Comfortable speaking on the phone
- Willingness to learn and develop sales skills
- Must be eligible to work full-time in the UK
