Full Job Description
Duties include:
- Welcoming guests warmly
- Checking tickets or guestlist information
- Issuing wristbands accurately
- Helping maintain smooth entry flow
- Answering basic customer questions
- Working closely with door supervisors and the Duty Manager
- Escalating ticket, guestlist or customer issues quickly
- Keeping a positive, professional first impression
- Staying calm and polite during busy periods
We are looking for a friendly, confident and reliable Entry Host / Wristband Issuer to work a paid trial shift tonight at our busy Latin nightclub., Friendly and welcoming - Confident with people
- Fast and organised

- Able to work closely with security and management
- Able to follow instructions clearly, Must be able to arrive by 22:00 Must be comfortable working in a busy nightclub environment Previous host, ticketing, reception, events, hospitality or customer service experience preferred
