Full Job Description

This role is central to shaping how outpatient and specialty services run their clinics within our electronic patient record (EPR) system. Working closely with clinical specialties, operational teams and digital colleagues, the postholder will translate service requirements into clear, accurate and safe technical build specifications. They will ensure that clinic templates, appointment types and related configuration are designed and optimised to support high-quality patient care, efficient workflows and robust data quality., The postholder will work with clinical services to help them articulate how they want their clinics to function, advising on best practice, and ensuring that agreed designs are implemented correctly within the system. They will support change control processes, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to the ongoing development of outpatient functionality as the Trust continues to embed and enhance its EPR.
