Full Job Description

  • Own a named portfolio of UK accounts, driving net new and expansion revenue across a fast-paced, high-velocity deal environment (typical deal size £300k-£500k).
  • Build and manage pipeline independently by proactively prospecting, opening new doors, and progressing deals from discovery through to close.
  • Develop compelling, value-based business cases that align Salesforce's AI and platform capabilities to the specific commercial priorities of each telco customer.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver customer outcomes while operating with a high degree of autonomy and accountability for your patch.

    Enterprise or growth business (GB) sales experience, with a track record of achieving and exceeding quota in complex B2B environments.
  • Demonstrated hunter mentality
  • Proven ability to prospect independently, build pipeline, and close new business without heavy resource support.
  • Strong value-selling skills with the ability to build business cases tied to customer outcomes.
  • Evidence of resilience and the ability to learn from setbacks., Experience selling into the telecommunications industry,
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC or a similar enterprise sales methodology.
  • Experience selling AI, data, or platform technology solutions.
