Join our dynamic and vibrant Enrolment Team, as part of Learner Services, to act as the first point of contact for potential learners and visitors.
We have a part time working 32 hours per week permanent role Monday to Friday. Appointment to the role will mainly be at the Adult Education College or Bishopdale Learning Hub, however, on occasion you'll be expected to work at other sites across the city. Opening times are Monday to Thursday 8.30am-9.00pm and 8.30am-4.30pm on a Friday. You'll be required to work evenings and Saturdays on a rota basis.
What you'll be doing
Providing help and support you'll play an integral role in informing and spreading awareness of our courses, enrolment process and payment plans to potential learners.
