Full Job Description
Southwark College, part of NCG, is seeking an enthusiastic Enrichment and Engagement Coordinator to join our Student Experience team. Based at our Southwark College site, you will lead the planning and delivery of a diverse enrichment programme for both 16-18 and adult learners, helping students develop confidence, skills, wellbeing and employability. A key part of the role is leading Learner Voice, supporting the Student Union, developing student leadership opportunities, and coordinating clubs, societies, events and community engagement activities. You will work closely with curriculum teams, support services and external partners to maximise participation and enhance the student experience.,
- Deliver a varied programme of enrichment activities, events, trips and initiatives.
- Lead key college events, including Freshers' Fair, EDIB activities and student celebrations.
- Develop Learner Voice, the Student Union, student leadership programmes, clubs and societies.
- Support delivery of the NCG Guarantee and wider personal development agenda.
- Build partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to broaden opportunities for learners.
- Monitor participation, evaluate impact and use feedback to improve provision.
- Promote inclusion, positive behaviours and student success.
- Ensure activities are delivered safely and in line with college policies and procedures.
You will have experience of delivering enrichment, engagement or personal development activities and be passionate about creating opportunities that help students thrive. Strong communication, organisation and relationship-building skills are essential, along with a commitment to safeguarding, inclusion and student success.
