Full Job Description
As an Enquiry Desk Officer you will provide initial contact and support for visitors to police stations and Police Officers working within these stations across the Cleveland Police force area. You will have the important role of supporting the Operational Support service in delivering a customer focused response to enquiries across a range of access channels.
