Full Job Description

  • Deliver engaging English lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable)
  • Plan, assess, and track student progress in line with school policies
  • Support students in developing literacy, analytical, and critical thinking skills
  • Differentiate lessons to meet the needs of all learners
  • Contribute to curriculum planning and departmental development
  • Promote safeguarding, inclusion, and positive behaviour throughout the school
