Engineering Transformation Lead

The Transformation Lead will play a key role in the delivery of our strategic transformation initiatives. Reporting to the Transformation, Strategy and Process Manager, the Transformation Leader will be responsible for the governance, tracking, and effective delivery of transformation programmes. This role will work with the team and Engineering senior leaders to ensure consistent, high-quality, on-time execution and alignment with business objectives, enabling successful organisational change. This role offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a key company-wide strategic transformation projects, while developing new skills to support ongoing growth and future career development plans. Key duties and responsibilities

• Manage the implementation of the Transformation framework, processes, and governance structure to support Aston Martin's transformation objectives.
• Support the Chief Transformation Officer (CTO) in prioritising, monitoring, and steering transformation project initiatives to ensure strategic goals are met
• Act as a central management office contact point for all transformation initiatives, ensuring transparency, consistency, and alignment across programs and projects
• Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting mechanisms, providing the CTO and Executive Committee with accurate, timely insights on transformation progress, risks, issues, and dependencies to enable informed decision making
• Establish and uphold best practices in change management, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and benefit realisation
• Facilitate effective and efficient communication and collaboration between programme teams, senior leadership, and key stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise the effectiveness and efficiency of transformation delivery
• Oversee the use and adoption of transformation management tools and ensure data integrity and consistency across reporting
• Identify potential risks and issues that may impact transformation delivery and work closely with stakeholders to report and manage these, and implement mitigation strategies.
  
  Project management and/ or managing multiple priorities as part of role, requiring excellent organisational/ planning skills
• Communicating at all levels, and with effective internal networking across the business and managing multiple stakeholders
• An analytical background, requiring analytical skills and the ability to synthesise complex information into clear, actionable insights
• Track record of on-time delivery
Preferred experience
• Experience in managing large cross-functional projects
• Proficiency in project management tools
• Financial management experience, Technologically fluent - able to use digital tools and systems to streamline project workflows, analyse data, and drive efficiency
• Basic financial knowledge to be able to track and manage transformation activities, in terms of achievement of outcomes/ delivery of value
