Engineering Supervisor

As the Engineering Supervisor, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of a small engineering team, ensuring all planned and reactive maintenance is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standards. You'll also remain hands-on when required, providing technical support and leading by example.,

• Supervise, support and develop a team of 4 engineers.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive electrical maintenance.
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs across electrical building services.
• Plan daily workloads and ensure service levels are achieved.
• Supervise specialist contractors and review completed works.
• Ensure statutory compliance, health & safety and site procedures are followed.
• Build strong relationships with the client and provide excellent customer service.
• Produce maintenance reports and ensure accurate record keeping.
• Support the Account Manager with the smooth running of the contract.
  
  NVQ/City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installation or Electrical Engineering.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
• Strong background in commercial building maintenance.
• Previous experience as a Lead Engineer, Supervisor or Senior Engineer.
• Confident fault-finding and maintenance skills across electrical building services.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• A proactive attitude with a desire to develop and motivate others.
