Engineering Planner

In this role, you will manage the short- to mid-term planning for our Engineering Planning team. You'll create clear and efficient plans using our Computer Management System (CMMS). Your work will help make sure we have the right labour, the right parts, and strong overall Equipment efficiency (OEE) results.,

• Manage the day-to-day engineering planning function across the bakery.
• Maintain, improve, and optimise the site CMMS.
• Plan and schedule labour, including weekend engineering coverage.
• Ensure planned preventative maintenance (PPM) is delivered to schedule and recorded accurately.
• Review maintenance data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Write and update PPMs, including for new equipment installations.

• You will bring strong planning skills from any sector, including the ability to work with data.
• You will be confident in using IT system including Microsoft Office and experience with CMMS systems would be an advantage.
• You will have experience of managing or coordinating people and influencing positive outcomes.
• You will have experience of working with a range of stakeholder.
• You will have a clear understanding of Health & Safety legislation and good practice.
