Full Job Description

  • Lead one of our cross-functional squads, working closely with product and design teams.

    A strong background in software engineering with significant technical depth.
  • Experience in leading or managing engineers, either formally or informally.
  • Proven ability to support teams in improving velocity.
  • Skills in architectural decision-making and mentoring engineers.
  • Capability to conduct code reviews, help engineers achieve their goals, and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Empathy, clarity, and confidence when guiding cross-functional teams.
  • A desire to work in a company that prioritizes values at the core of its operations.
